Roman Culture Studied by PLANNING THE program for the next Latin Club meet¬ ing are Miss Haberthur, the club’s sponsor, and presi¬ dent Karen Bruhn. Latin Club Members “CIBUS OMNIBUS”. Food for all!, rings out at the Latin Club Christmas party. Latin Club this year, under the leader¬ ship of Karen Bruhn, was very busy. Keep¬ ing up with the Roman theme, the club showed movies on Caesar, had a “Satranalia party” during the Christmas season, and took part in the food tasting party. Their hig hlig ht was the Roman Banquet held in the spring . “WHO’S GOT THE REFRESHMENT?’’ asks vice-president Kathy Kepes. Other officers are Karen Bruhn, president; Linda Hibbard, secretary; and Cliff Cobert, treasurer.

FRENCH CLUB CABINET members are Jayne Erie, Fran Johnston, Sandy Salstrom, Linda Graupner, Monica Peal- strom, Anne Stone and Karen Manthee. Eh bien . . . With swelling anks and fresh enthusiasm, the French Club began an exciting year. French skits, songs and refreshments added color to business meet¬ ings. Members enjoyed the annual Christ¬ mas party, the tour in slides with Barb Goldstein of the countries visited in the People to People Program, and the Spring Banquet. French Club Continues to Evoke Enthusiasm MISS SCHOLL, French Club advisor, leads FRENCH CLUB OFFICERS are Jayne Erie, Vice-President; the group in an interesting discussion. In October, the club sponsored a Halloween party at the Watchtower Inn. As a Christmas project, members of the DO club sent g ift packag es to boys who are former DO members and now serve in the Armed Forces.
