. SENIORS 25. BOLTON, NINA Honor Points 20 Entered as a senior from Eyota High School. Be- longed to Girls' Club, 1933-35, took part in senior class play, 1933,.and junior class play, 1935. Was reporter for school paper, Ee Oh Ta Hi, 1933, typist, 1934, and exchange editor for 1935. In 1934 took part in declamation, worked in office, and played for tap dancing. 26. BORCHERT, LOUISE Honor Points 42 In seventh grade was a member of operetta cast, in eighth was winner in declamatory contest, and a member of operetta east. Belonged to D. E. A., 1932-36. Was in one-act play and Christmas play in 1932-33, and on debate squad, 1933-34. In 1934-35 was a winner in declamatory contest and class play property manager. In 1935-36 took part in declamation and assisted in the operetta. Has taken music lessons, dancing lessons, and given readings before clubs. 27. BOYD, CLARE Honor Points 21 Participated in one-act play in ninth grade, won Junior Life SavingiEmblem in 1933-34, and was a member of the Junior Class Play cast, 1934-35. 28. BRIESE, CHARLES Honor Points 24 Was a member of the tennis squad 1932-35, of the police squad 1932-33, and of the gymnastics squad, 1935-36. Has played the trumpet for four years. 29. BUSKE, FRANCES Honor Points 30 Participated in Christmas play in seventh grade. Was elected to Junior Honor Society in ninth grade. Won music emblem and belonged to Com- mercial Club in 1934-35. Is a member of Young People's League of Church of Peace, of Sunday School orchestra, and is secretary of Primary Sun- day School. 30. BUSKE, MARGARET Honor Points 28 Entered ninth grade from Trinity Lutheran school, was elected to Junior Honor Society, and took part in program for parents that year. Was a member of Junior Walther League, and is now a member of the Senior League. 31. BYRNE, BARBARA Honor Points 28 In the eighth grade was a Girl Scout, in the ninth acted in one-act play and won Junior Life Saving Emblem. In 1933-34 was a member of Science Club, in 1934-35 was homeroom secretary-treas- urer and a member of Commercial Club. Belonged to D. E. A. and assisted with operetta, 1935-36. Has been active in girls' basketball, Campfire Girls, and Seton Guild. 32. BYRNE, IRENE Honor Points 18 Entered the tenth grade from Stewartville. Be- longs to the Seton Guild. 33. BYRNE, MARGARET Honor Points 23 In the eighth grade was a Girl Scout. Belonged to Language Club, 1933-35. Served as homeroom representative in senior year. Is a member of the Seton Guild. 34. CAMPBELL, MAXINE Honor Points 25 In the seventh grade was a member of operetta cast, in the ninth belonged to the Language Club. Was homeroom representative, 1935-36, and a member of D. E. A., 1934-36. Served as vice- president of S. J. S. G. R. Club, has belonged to Girl Reserves, Girls' Outing Club, and Baptist Young People's Union. Studied music four years. 35. CLARK, ROY Honor Points 22 Served as homeroom representative for 1935-36. Is president of Triangle Club of the Christian Church, vice-president of Tippi Club, and vice- president of the Christian Endeavor. 36. CLARK, WILLIAM Honor Points 35 Participated in the operettas in 1930 and 1931, belonged to D. E. A. 1931-33, and was self-sup- porting, 1932-35. SENIORS 37. CLOUTIER, SYLVIA Honor Points 19 In junior year was a member of the Commercial Club, in the senior, of the Social Science Club. Served as vice-president of the Epworth League in 1933-34. 3 8. COOPER, WILLIAM Honor Points 47 Entered ninth grade from St. john's. Belonged to Language Club, golf squad, and one-act play cast that year. In 1933-34 was on golf squad and a homeroom representative. In junior year was homeroom president and member of basketball squad, in senior year was homeroom representative, member of basketball team and captain of golf squad. Has been active in Hi-Y and Boy Scout, Troop 27. 39. COPPE, MILTON Honor Points 27 Belonged to Social Science Club from 1931-35. In ninth grade took part in one-act play. In senior year has participated in Language Club, D. E. A. and school swimming. Has been active in Hi-Y and Boy Scouts. 40. COWAN, MARLOW Honor Points 27 Was a member of track squad 1933-34, of gym- nastics squad, 1934-36. Served as homeroom repre- sentative, 1935-36. Is an Eagle Scout and a mem- ber of DeMolay. Took piano lessons for seven years. Played in outside orchestras, 1935-36. 41. CROSS, BETTE Honor Points 24 Entered declamation contest, 1931-32. Was a Girl Scout, 1931-33. Won music emblem in 1935. Chosen by class for Character in ninth, Reliability in tenth, Scholarship in eleventh, and Reliability in twelfth grade. Belonged to Science Club 1932- 36, to Language Club 1932-34, and to D. E. A., 1935-36. Took part in one-act play, 1932-33, and in Junior Class Play. Was elected to Junior Honor Society, 1933, and to Senior Honor Society in 193 5. Was a member of gymnastics squad, 1935-36. Was class president in tenth grade and again in senior year. Has been active in Hi-Y and in Columbian Squires. 46. DEWITZ, BETTY JEAN Honor Points 29 Entered ninth grade from Trinity Lutheran School.
