The year got of to a slow start with only the sports section having a full staff. The news, feature, an edi- torial sections were built u with recruits from Mrs. Stotmeister's Sophomore Elfiglish Classes. Mrs. Stot- meister was quoted as saying, I think these sopho- mores contributed a great deal to this yearls R0-To, and I hope they will continue to work with the staff for two more yearsf, Feature writers Gay Prewett and Melissa Marks added originality and color to the feature and editori- al page. I ' I Each section editor was encouraged to designate a young assistant editor. jim Zack served as assistant s orts editor, Melissa Marks, assistant editorial and eature editor, Sharon Polancic, assistant news editor, Steve Haas, assistant copy editor. Karen Kunde served as assistant to the Student Council Publicity Director. Space is too limited to give full credit to everyone who helped make the R0-To a readable paper this ear, commented Mrs. Stotrneister. However, Ro- 0-Hi-LW appreciated the help it received from conscientious club publicists and from teachers and administrators who helped make our job easierf, rg f..- t. ssl non!
