UFGIIIULS School officials are important to any school system. They must be reliable as well as active con- cerning school projects. mill gf-A I-Xml-ix Q- r' N 3 0.4.21 , - . BNIYSJ SLI EYIN EN EN Mr. Banks, in his pleasant of- fice , welcomes all with school problems, listens attentively, and helps them find the solution. It is hard to see how one man can keep up with all high school activities, and yet, Mr. Corder is there whenever a group of high school students perform. W. N. for-liar 1'lNlZl'l'a

:I ur. nu The Board of Trustees have been exceptionally busy this year and have many re- sults to show for their work. Six classrooms are now being added to Hattie Martin Elementary and three classrooms to Robstown Elementary. However, the Trustees have not only made plans to improve grade schools, but they have also put the final okay on plans and specifications for a homernaking cottage, which will be located directly behind -the high school, and an administrative office building, which will be located on the corner of Fir st St re et and Avenue H, across from Hattie Martin. Quiet planning, unassuming work, and good management by these men have resulted in what seems to be an outburst of improvements in our schools. W. A. Ahlrich B. E.
