VICA Helps Needy Families The members of VICA (Vocational Indus- trial Clubs of America) are students studying air conditioning and refrigeration, drafting, trowel trades, electronics, and welding. The purpose of VICA is to help students prepare for living in this ever changing world. VICA made food baskets for needy families and en- tered sixteen contests at district level.
