Bear Football Achievements There were many awards given for out- standing performance, as shown on this page. We would like to congratulate this year ' s senior football players on a job well done! One new addition to the football program and the entire sports program was the new field house with all its facilities. Cheerleaders Generate Wall-to- Wall SPIRIT Coach Comer and his men may know all the right plays and be ready for any oppo- nent, the weather may be perfect for foot- ball, and the crowd may be enthusiastic in spirit, but without the RHS Varsity Cheer- leaders, the powerful pigskin tradition at RHS would not be the same. Appearance at the game is not all there is to being a cheer- leader. Hours of practice precede that run out onto the field and are the only reason that cheers, stunts, and dance routines move so smoothly, so effectively. The RHS Varsity Cheerleaders drive the crowd to the highest in spirit and become part of the winning tradition at RHS.
