DONNIE TUCKER REESE CARR JAMES SEXTON Senior End Junior End Senior Tackle The Ann Street Avalanche displayed a strong defense, which had not been scored against on the ground in 20 quarters, and kept Ramsay from exceeding beyond the Generals' 37-yard line for the entire game. Ramsay displayed o powerful defense and offense resulting in a scoreless first half. However, the second half was an entirely different story. Lee took the kickoff and moved from the 41 to the 50 in three plays. With a fourth-and-one decision Kennedy faked to Moore and gave to Wood who ran untouched for 50 yards and a TD. Ben split the uprights to make the score 7-O. Minutes later Lee took over on its 39. Consecutive lengthy runs by Bell, Wood, and Moore moved to the 4. Kennedy pitched to Bell who scored, and Wood made the conversion, making the score read 14-O. Lee threatened twice more and was on the 4-yard line when time ran out.
