THE 1948 ROBIN 0Pll0 IIRES The year 1948 has shown us a typical Sophomore Class. The first few weeks were a bit difficult for these new members of the high school as they were not quite sure of themselves. lt did not take them long, however, to get into The Swing of Things and by the end of the school year they had become a permanent part of our student body. The Sophomore boys were well represented in the field of sports, such as basket- ball, football, wrestling, and track. The girls showed enthusiasm for Girls' Club and G.A.A. The sophomore class ranked high on the all-year honor roll. They also par- ticipated in band, choir, and declamation. Although these Sophomore members are glad that school is over, we know they are looking forward to being luniors next year, They have set a fine record for them- selves and are really a top-notch class.
