SCIENCE In this modern world science is the hub of all activity. The realm of science has reached every held, and offers opportunity for all types of students. Laboratory work appeals to some. while others flnd pleasure in working tricky problems in weights and measures while completing their academic work. HOM E ECONOMICS Model housewives of the various home economics classes are taught how to avoid burned hands and pricked fmgers under the direction of the Misses Mabel Reed, Ruth Norby, and Inga Johnson. The girls learn to sew, cook, knit, and style their own cloth- ing in addition to practicing the management and care of the home. Model garments, as well as sample patches and dams are fre- quently displayed. The girls cook dinners to Which guests are invited and receive practical training in preparing refreshments for teas and other sociai functions.
