QUILL AND scRoLL Contests conducted by the Scholastic,' magazine, the Student Edi- tor, and the Quill and Scrolln are open to the lucky members of the National Quill and Scroll Society. Membership is dependent upon the student,s ranking in the upper third of his class, his recommendation by the supervisors, and his approval by the national secretary-treasurer. Candidates must be juniors, seniors, or post graduate students.
