SUPPLY DEPARTMENT LT Nicholas M. Sullivan If ever there was a silent service, it is Supply Department. Their task is to fulfill all material needs of the ship from repair parts to office supplies feed and pay the crew and provide various hotel services . As such, they are largely responsible for morale.
