Ski Club Ventures T0 New York Slopes Ski Club members ,lim Dandrea, Barry Frankil, Karen Rendfrey, and Gary Catrambone are all bundled up and ready to ski down Greek Peak on their trip to New York. Cooking up the spaghetti for the Ski Clubis first annual dinner, Tina Sarlo, Theresa Buttacavoli, and president Karen Rendfrey hope to raise enough money to sponsor their ski trip to Vermont. To help cut down expenses for future trips, they held a spaghetti dinner and sold candy. Sponsoring Sports Night, selling gym suits, and Sports Night tee-shirts, were some of the duties required for GAA members. Officers for GAA were Sue Gatti, president, Donna Maher, vice-president, Pat Lucas, secretary, Linda Vidovich, treasurer. Wl'he trips are the best part of all the Ski Club experiencesf' wltonnie Kostrub Carl Anderson loads his skiing gear onto one of the buses headed up to Innsbruck slopes in New York.

2 Q tit French Club members Blaine Berkowitz, Bobbi Sue Stephan, Karen Chaples and Jim Hoelz look over suggestions for fund-raising activities. Language Clubs Stage Activities Organized for the student in a French or Latin Course, Le Cercle and the Junior Classical League helped develop their membersa in- terest in language and culture. Le Cercle Francais worked with Mrs. Francis Balton to raise money for future projects. Under Mr. Nicholas Lombardi JCL held window washes in order to fund a banquet at the end of the year. Officers were Kelly Devine, presidentg Jeff Deivlarchi, vice-presi- dentg Cris Cancellieri, secretaryg Sherry Stites, treasurerg and Kaye Deppe, parliamentarian. 100 happenings Mrs. Frances Ballton opens a French Club meeting as adviser to the club. 6'Le Cercle Francais gives an interested student the opportunitylto explore deeply the life-style and culture of French speaking people. It is a way of putting to use the language you learned for several years. -Karen Edmiston junior Classical League: Joan Kaluhiokalani, Mary Lou Mascarin, Sherry Sites, Kelly Devine, Cris Cancellieri, Elaine Helsel, Brenda Bruton, joy Rockwood, Linda Justinich, Kaye Deppe, Jeff DeMar- chi, and Larry Convery.

M ajorettes Spark Enthusiasm in Students Leading the majorettes, com- posed of six juniors, three sopho- mores, and one freshman, captain Barbara Armstrong, and co-captains Sue Stergin and Debbie Danser, during the halftime activities helped spark enthusiasm in the crowds. lVls.
