Broad Plans CHARGED with the responsibility of shaping the educa- tional program, Board members, administrators and instructors all somehow maintain a lively interest in student affairs. VISION - Pres. O. W. Noble and Earl A. McDermont, vice- president and registrar, look to the future as they go over building plans they have helped develop.
