Formal teaching in the classroom is supplemented by both scheduled and random conferences, and some of the problems that are solved are not the onss advanced by the textbooks. Enrollment this year has kept a rather even balance at about 600. All members of the faculty comprise the counselling staff, although a thoroughly organized guidance office is maintained to take care of more involved problems such as determining the best course of study for a particular student to follow— many times based on past performance and the results of testing measures. SUN SMILER— Tony Steponovich, physical education and hygiene, keeps in pretty fair trim himself. Below, Arthur Knopf, iournalism, is a little more dedicated to solving problems.
