CHILD CARE The' occupational child care class is a new concept in vocational edu- cation designed to provide training and work experiences with young children for high school juniors and seniors. Riverdale has a well-equip- ped nursery for 22 three and four- year-old children who attend daily. The girls enrolled learn to work with young children and provide experience with music, stories, cre- ative activity, smacks, and play. The child care program provides an excellent background for those students who plan to seek employ- ment aher graduation or to attend THE NURSERY WARRIORS college. First Row: D. Byrd, S.
