The entertainment included a puppet show performed by the eighth grade STF class, a country dance by the mixed ensemble, an acrobatic act by Shelly Markham, magic tricks by Vicky Baker and of course many songs sung by the choir. As the festivities continue and the main meal is finished an assortment of desserts including cakes, tarts and cook- ies was passed to all guests. This is the fifteenth year the Wassail has been suc- cessfully performed. For three consecutive nights, 174 people came to see the Wassail. Tickets were sold out since September. In fact, many were purchased a year in advance. As the Wassail began, a savory appetizer was served. After the appetizer was finished, the main meal, Beef Esterhazy, was then served with baked potatoes gar- nished by sour cream and chives, green beans, brazed mushrooms with sherry garnish and sparkling grape Wassail A Medieval Tradition
