MISSION The goal of fhe Ripon High Mission sfaff has been fo puf oul' as good an annual as condifions permif. This has nof only been our goal, if has been fhe consfanf goal of Mr. Arganbrighf, our adviser, who for many years pasf has pafienfly de- vofed his efforfs fo fhe success of our yearbook. Co-operafion has been fhe by-word of our sfaff. All fhe members were gen- erous wifh fheir fime and ideas, all eager and willing fo work fogefher. This year's edifor was Barbara Gerbing. Barbara was aided by Carol Poynor, who filled fhe posifion of Senior Assisfanf Edifor. This posifion was a new addifion fo our sfaff, and Carol gave much of her fime and clever ideas fo our book. Finance was under fhe supervision of Leafrice Knopf, who, wifh fhe help of fhe sfudenf body and local merchanfs, made fhe financing of fhis book possible. Juniors Mary Furfado and Bill Vander l.aan will be our new edifor and business manager, respecfively. Bofh have worked earnesfly fhis year, and we feel sure fhaf nexf year's book is in capable hands. Anofher new posifion on our sfaff was fhaf of copy edifor. Marilyn Travaille fook care of fhis iob very efficienfly. To Frances Marfini fell fhe dufy of recording fhe necessary dafa needed in publishing fhe Mission. Our men wifh fhe cameras were Fred Vincelef, Larry Poynor, and Ted Barkley. These willing fhree were always where fhey were mosf needed. Represenfing fhe four classes in our school were: Marian Vieira, senior, Sadie Mae Williams, iuniorg Janef Williams, sophomore, and Susan Vander Laan, freshman.

Many new 'feafures were added for in+eres1', including 'rhe song of 'rhe week, a full page of jokes, and an original comic s+rip. Through +he abili+y of 'rhe ar+ edirors, +he Warwhoop was also given a color- ful cover for some edi+ions. Under 1'he supervision of fhe adviser, Mr. Arganbrigh'I', an ediror was appoinied for each quarrer, Barbara Gerbing was given firsl' swing a+ lhe job, followed by Marilyn Travaille, Frances Marlini, and Carol Poynor. The Warwhoop siaff was repre- senred in congress by Marilyn Travaille. A+ lhe beginning of lhe year +he mimeograph gave quile a bil' of +rouble, bu+ afier several adiusimenfs +he paper was run off in fine s'ryle.
