Firsf on our agenda was calling a 'lruce wifh fhe Freshman Class fhrough +he Frosh-Soph Brawl. The Brawl was held in fhe gym wifh varied games such as volley- ball, baskefball, ping-pong, relay races, efc. Freshmen were required fo wear fheir clofhes inside ouf and backwards. Each was given a reward for coming as direcfed. Their faces fell when fhe long-awaifed award was given, for if was iusf a sfick of gum! lf was like a bombshell exploding when fhe Sophs surprised fhe sfudenf body on Pep Day wifh fancy red and whife hafs and paddles reading, Pep me up. l'm a Sophomore. Also fo confribufe more spirif fo our foofball games we sold pom-poms. ' Wifh anxiefy we faclcled fhe job of giving our firsf school dance. The fheme of School Days was chosen. Since fhe dance was held affer fhe Ripon-Linden baskef- ball game, many Linden as well as Ripon sfudenfs affended.
