When the class had been behind the mast for a short time, it was duly entertained at the annual Freshman Reception given by the Class of '37, The frosh enjoyed the affair immensely and in turn gave a return recep- again and eagerly manned the sails. ji !

The Class of nineteen thirty-seven CLASS HISTORY ' After indulging in a summer vacation of a few weeks, our ex-freshmen went to work again on their Ship of Knowledge, anrl gained for themselves the higher title of Sophomores. Quite early in the term the sophomores skillfully planned and presented one of the best Freshman 'Receptions that the stuclents :incl faculty have ever enjoyed. Later, the class of '57', was entertainecl by the fresh- man class uncler the sponsorship of Miss Beetem.
