One of the primary goals of the Patricia Christ- man Chapter of Future Teachers of America on campus is to acquaint students with the teaching profession. Its programs are geared toward pro- viding experiences that will give prospective teach- ers the facts and the feeling of teaching. F.T.A. is an active, growing club, and Miss Elea- nor Herrera, club sponsor, welcomed the aid of Miss Geneva Ellis and Mis Bereranda Mora. in guiding the many varied activities of this year's group. These included fact-filled and fun-filled con- ventions, Student-Teachers' Panel Discussion, sell- ing pencils, .community service projects, sports, and social activities to round out a well-balanced pro- gram.
