Each year a pennant sale is the major money-raising project for the sophomore class Shown below are Mary Ida Bourquet and Julia Gonzales purchasing helr Rio Grande pennants from a sophomore salesman, John DeFlice. At a home practice session, this feminine trio prepares to audition for the Talent Show. They are, left to right: Stephanie Thompson, Rita Ann Padilla, and Pearline Tafoya. Sophomore Activities With their heads bent in concentration, Jeanne Garcia and Judy Sanchez struggle with unco-operative strips of masking tape. Their fellow workers -are Theresa Martinez, Rita Sanchez, and Pam Allemann. These girls, busy at heart-making, are members of the Dance Committee.
