ducation Club The DECA Club has participated in many activities. Mrs. Johnson, a Stanley Home Products dealer, presented the group with at sales demonstration. The club sponsored such money raising proiects as a car wash, a skating party, and a turkey raffle. The club still maintains the sup- port ot a child in France through the Save the Children Federation, a proiect started in 1963. Rio's D.E. sponsored a city-wide DECA Officer Initiation ceremony. The Distributiv The Distributive Education Clubs of America is a program of youth activities which is designed to develop future leaders in the fields of marketing and distribution. The DECA symbol is a diamond. Each point represents one of the objectives of the D.E. program, to promote vocational understanding, en- courage civic consciousness, develop social intelli- gence and further leadership development.
