Throughout the years the Administration of Ringgold School District has been Guiding It All. Each Administrator per- severes to insure fairness for every person within Ringgold. Each division of Ringgold School District, and every student and faculty member in those divisions is affected by the Administration. The Administrator's guidance and commit- ment make Ringgold function as a singular organization. With the combining forces of students, faculty, and administrators, Ringgold becomes a much better place in which to learn and grow. This enforces the theme that We're All in this To- gether. jennifer Lilly - editor Alison Stark Jody Hickman .W A Q . 4 X Q? ' Jef I 'Rf'

Dr. Keith D. McMonagle Assistant Principal A successful school is one that is established for the purpose of transmitting ideals, values, customs, and knowledge that serve as the basis of its culture and existence. As administrators, we have the privilege of coordinating and synchronizing all of the es- sential elements that comprise a successful school. We have the enviable task of supervising the various components that make Ringgold High School a leader in the educational field. Central to all of these is the responsibility for making the school become an optimum learning environment for facilitating and enhancing the cognitive, social, affective, and aesthetic development of the students who attend our school. We employ our knowledge in evaluating and structuring cur- ricular programs for the students. Our additional task is to ensure that the rules and procedures are fair and carried out in an equitable fashion by all and for all. Education has many formal plateaus, one of them surely being 2 completion of high school. To this end, each student strives th very little awareness - many times of the multitude of man energies needed to orchestrate this final plateau. I have vays considered it a privilege to play such a vital role in the end Jduct, but have never lost sight of the diversity of influences :essary in achieving the end product. Fo every graduating class there surely is a certain feeling of rting that exists because of the fond recollections and as- tiations. Also to a graduating class there is a feeling of ful- ment and satisfaction that we adminstrators so proudly boast :ause of our part in guiding your preparation for a hopefully varding future. l'o you, the class of 1988, I extend my congratulations and best shes. It is my sincere hope that you will continue climbing your der of success and always reminisce about fond memories of iggold High School. Ms. Shirley M. Culyba Assistant Principal Ms. Shirley M.
