Business Manager P 8 My prophecy for our seniors 18 contained in this letter written in 1979 Dear Sydney Ann, Congratulations on the publishing of your latest novel 'Please Don't Smell The Skunk Cabbage.' I certainly enjoyed lt. Did you know that I flnally took that trip to Brazil? I left my chain of 'DeVillo's Delicatessen' stores in charge of my assistant, James Barnes. I saw several of our classmates on the trip The captain of the ship was Harmon Foster, and Pearl Tarr was a stewardess Arriving in Brazil, I saw Reverend and Mrs Gary Herne travellng to their mission in the interior Ambassador and Mrs. Glenn Monahan fJudy and Glennl were on their way to Chile. I visited pro fessor Carl Osgood at his laboratory CHe was very cordial for the inventor of putting radlation back 1n the atom where it belongs.J I took a helicopter to a small town in the interior. There I looked over the latest excavation of Mrs. Hope Childs CHope Frostl After that I went to the lumber camp In spite of her prematurely gray hair, I recognized Janice Sharp She works as a topper fcuts tops out of treesl in her husband's lumber camp, I guess our other classmates are doing well too Of course, Dick Graves is the President of the United States, and Bill Fisk owns a factory that makes tractors without transmissions. Pete Evans owns a stable of thoroughbred palo- minos and I hear that David LaFever is living in India and is very content with his harem of wives. I hope to see you soon. Sincerely, D.
