1974-75 Pep Squad: Spirit Builders Take five girls, give them baggy sweaters a.nd flippy skirts, and sup- ply them with megaphones. Add eight girls with pompons, big smiles, and white gloves. Mix well. Yield: one bouncing, jumping, laughing, cheering, screaming pep squad. Following this recipe, Reedley High School chose these thirteen spirited girls to form the pep squad for the 1974-75 school year: Barbara. Bacon, Lori Barton, Paula Burgin, Merry Moore, and Becky Tabutol a.s cheer- leadersg Keiko Arakawa, Joyce Baker, Lynn Fabris, Lore Gerawan, Jonelle Kovacevich, Alisa Minor and Mary Preheim, as rally girls. Cheryl Lamb was voted by the student body to be ma.scot. Being a member of this squad re- quired sacrificing much of their free time for endless hours of practice.
