Principals RHS principals guide students Outside of supervising high school activi- ties, Mr. Hanks, Mr. Beissenherz, and Mr. Craig helped to schedule classes, discipline students, sponsor clubs, check attendance, and solve teacher and student problems. A bachelor of science degree in education, a master's degree in education, and classes in school administration were necessary re- quirements to become a principal at RHS. With this background and experience, RHS principals brought faculty, students, and the staff closer together.
