FIFTY YEARS of Randolph-Macon. Fifty years of guiding the many who have loved her to a life richer in truth and goodness and beauty. Because the space of a half century connotes a threshold on which the past and future stand alike, we express appreciation to you who have been the first fifty years of Randolph-Macon and we challenge you who shall be the second fifty vears. We do not attempt here a resume of past years, but rather we cherish them as they live today in the Randolph-Macon we know—we give you, 1943.
