Top row: Hugh Hauptman, Joan Grabow, William Stewart. First row: Jean Thomas, Barbara Suchotzki, Mary Louise Eppich, Diana Charlton. 76e? The Freshman Class is very small, but they contradict this by making themselves heard through- out Randell. When the bell rings for lunch, the class is seen running pell-mell out the door, drop- ping books, kicking shins, and pulling hair. They are always cracking jokeless jokes, causing us to laugh uproariously or to blush beet red. Ambitions vary greatly. Some want to get married, a natural ambition, others want brilliant careers in fields such as medicine, science, or dramatics. On the whole, the attraction of inactivity is uppermost. The class spirit is excellent, for when they undertake a project, they exert themselves to -the limit to insure its overwhelming success. Al- though they are the smallest class, we consider them a vital part of Randell School.
