Tony Afdahl headed The commiTTee, known as The Boys' League Board, during The firsT semesTer. A TenTaTive consTiTuTion was drawn up, names for The organizaTion were sug- gesTed, and Then peTiTions were given ouT To all boys who wished To run for offices in The League.
