I appreciated the cooperation and understanding you gave to a first year high school principal. I have enjoyed working with a student body that is dedicated, creative, and very hard working. To you seniors, I regret that time did not permit me to become better acquainted with you. I will always remember the support you gave me. I wish for you the best always, and please keep in touch. To our underclassmen, I look forward to working with you in the future, with the goal of improving our school and providing you the knowledge that will prepare you for life. Ramsay has an excellent program, but without you students, it would not be successful. I wish each of you the very best, and may God bless you always. Ralph B. The students have been the kind of people I like to associate with and we have fun while learning through lots of varied classroom and out of class activities. I like the other people who teach here with me, too — “we’re all a little “unique,” if you know what I mean. There is never a dull moment — That’s for sure! — Martha Summey Teaching at Ramsay has given me a closer view of the American teenager, and has shown me how marvelous youth at its best can be. The beginning was pure torture but I must confess that I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. Over the past four years, I have spent over $2,500 trying to participate in all of your extra-curricular activities. All that money I’ve paid on public school tells you that I must love you. You’ve cost me a lot, but , you’re worth every penny! To Nit: Who has helped me through those troubled times. To Ingrid: Thanks for everything. To Kay, Tracey, and Mildred: Thank you for the times we've shared. And to Victoria Reynolds and the Gang: “Thanks.” Kevin Madison To Didi, Thanks for being such a great friend. Luv ya, Your sister friend Mindy Ryan: I LOVE YA! STAY IN TOUCH... Moose Watchout Ramsay! I Here I Come. Tim Haskew 190 From the Editor To the Student Body and Faculty of Ramsay: Putting a yearbook together is not an easy task. It takes many hours and much hard work. This year's annual was no exception. I only hope that it meets up to your expectations and fulfills its purpose. A yearbook is supposed to capture the fun, sadness, and memories of the school year. I honestly believe that has been done in the 198.r Ram's Horn. After this book is given out, my high school career will end. It will be both a joyous and a sad occasion. I will be glad not to have the pressure of doing the yearbook but I am sure I will miss it It is with this edition of the Ram's Horn that I say good-bye to a school I love, faculty members that have helped me so much these past four years, and friends that will be dearly missed. Joan Martin Editor To the 1985 Ram’s Horn Staff: Thanks for all your help and putting up with me. I know I was hard to deal with sometimes. Thanks for all the little things you did to make this book possible. I can never say thanks enough! Payge: What would I have done without you? Thanks for always being there (especially when I needed someone to talk to). Leda: Thanks for knowing wht to do without being told! You were such a tremendous help. Please keep in touch. Mike(y): Out of eight years, do you think once is enough? I don’t. Brack: You didn’t tell me on Graduation!!! You are in BIG trouble! P.S. You didn’t have to draw as many quads over as last year, did you? Kevin (Kevie Baby): Thanks for always brightening my day. I probably would have gone insane if you hand’t been in 7th period. Thanks for all those great pics too! You’ve really got a lot of talent; just don’t forget me when you make it big, after all I was your first editor. Mona: I sure am going to miss you! Thanks for always being willing to help and listening to me gripe. Frank: Darling, thanks for all those pictures and not killing me when I told you more had to be taken. David (Computer David): I really value your friendship and thank you so much for all your unselfish help. Thanks for being there when no one else was. David (Dawn’s David): Thanks for sharing Dawn with me and the yearbook. I know you’ve probably had it with us and annuals. Laura: We thought doing the book was hard last year. It was twice as hard without you. I missed you! Todd: The year wasn’t the greatest but maybe it was necessary for both you and me. I’ll miss you but who knows what will happen in the future. To my family: Thanks for listening to me complain and encouraging me when I thought I’d never finish. Janet, thanks for all that typing. Mom, the living room is now yours. To a very special person without whose help this book and I wouldn’t have made it, THANKS DAWN! 191 When playing the game of life you can’t win them all but you sure can try!!
