Principal’s Message The Annual Staff is again presenting a record of events, activities, organizations, and individual student pictures to provide for you many hours of pleasure. Each time you refer to your “Ram’s Horn” it will bring back treasured memories of your days at Ramsay of that particular year. I know that each of you will join with me in expressing gratitude to Mrs. Wills, the annual sponsor; Richard Kessler, editor; and the other members of the annual staff for making this fine “Ram's Horn” possible. My very best wishes to each student, faculty and staff member. You are an excellent group with whom to work. t % r

Appreciation We, the students of Ramsay High School, express our appreciation to Mrs. Estelle Willingham. Since coming to Ramsay in 1957, she has graciously devoted her time and interest to the students. She is senior advisor, student government sponsor, and acting head of the math department. She plans the monthly calendar and the auditorium seating chart. Outside activities include being a mother to two, attending First Methodist Church and relaxing with her hobbies - sewing and knitting. Her favorite quotation is “As a man thinketh, so is he.” Giving praise where it is due, we thank you, Mrs. Willingham, for being a part of Ramsay High School.

Foreword In the 1965 RAM'S HORN, we have tried to capture the most memorial experiences of the past school year. Without the help of our friends, students, and faculty advisor, Mrs. Wills, our yearbook would not have been possible. We sincerely hope that you find much enjoyment as you read the pages of our book. We have energetically and persistently devoted many hours of work to give you the best annual in the history of Ramsay High School. After reading your book, we hope that you will realize and take notice of the many traditions which formed this 1964-1965 school year. If, after you have read the pages of the RAM’S HORN, you have developed a greater appreciation of the Ramsay High School tradition, you will have made worthwhile our purpose; recording the history in book form of what we believe to be the best high school in Birmingham.
