DEDICATION A was ac, S 'VL 1 1 if E 0111! .f A Each year we of The annual staff eagerly await the dedicating of our yearbook to a Teacher who fully deserves our recognition and respect. To us, this accurately describes Mrs. Earlene Beck, who for nine- teenlyears service has proven her abilities as an out- standing instructor. After graduating from Central Highschool, she then attended Central State College at Edmond where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. She entered the University of Oklahoma and secured a Masters degree in Education. She also had the wonderful experience of studying at the University of Mexico in Mexico City. Mrs. Beck obtained maiors in Latin, Spanish, physical education and elementary education-a total of four maiors which is unusual and quite an accomplishment. She has taught a variety of subiects in highschool for a period of sixteen years and also was a teacher in the elementary grades for three years. As sponsor of the Student Council and the Junior Classical League, both very active organizations, her untiring efforts are well rewarded by the accomplishments of these groups.
