Who will forgef, for example, fhaf Sunday affer- noon lasf fall when our gridders were acclaimed champions for fhe sevenfh consecufive year, vicfors by a single poinf, iusf as fheir older brofhers had been vanquished by a single poinf fo shaffer a fhree-year winning sfrealc when we were freshmen! Recall fhaf firsf prom-a borrowed fuxedo, 'rhe palm frees af Casfle Farm. Who does nof remem- ber fhe finals of fhe cage fournamenfs, voices hoarse from cheering? There was, foo, fhe Marianisf Cen- fennial, followed by fhe Holy Year. Lasfing friendships gained fhrough school acfivi- fies, fhe firsf lug slip, fhe firsf dafe, fhaf never- fo-be-forgoffen vigil before fhe Mosf Holy Sacramenf-all helped fo mould our characfers. Four years of preparafion are ended: fhe fufure holds a challenge we musf accepf. As Cavaliers we march forward: we advance fowards our goal -Spirifed Brofhers of Chrisf and Sons of Mary.
