DEDICATION its theme the moving from the old to the new high school, we feel it is appropriate to recog- nize one who in a large part has been responsible for this progress. Fifteen years ago, upon coming to Pulaski County, he set as his goal the building of an adequate school housing program. This year marks the completion of that goal which consumed years of planning and work. As we enter into a beautiful new building next fall let us not forget the man who counted neither time nor setbacks in striving to give us a school system of which we can be proud. It is with pride and appreciation that we dedicate the 1954 " Oriole ' to our Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Frank J. Critzer.
