in school governmenl by wriling The ellorrs ol lhe Facully and sludenf body: and lo promolo lhe general welfare
ol lhe school. Classes were invited ro "sir in" on Council meelings. This proved very beneficial.
The aclivilies which They sponsored were: The Farme-r's Ball, which is an annual affair: four perlormances
ol lhe Vaudeville Show were given in February: a dance was given lor lhe benelil of The Band and Chorus. The
Council also lurnishes The amplifying syslem ro be used lor dances and olher purposes.

be placed in Tron? ol lhe school. A general clean-up campaign was conducled in The monlh ol March.
The presidenl ol lhe Council, Al Hamillon, and vice-presidenl, Jaclc Minniclc, were elecled by lhe sludenl
body. The secrelary, Doris Mabe, and lhe lreasurer, Jean Jenlcins, were elecled by lhe Council, which consisls
of The diflerenl club officers and lhe lour class represenfalions, Mrs. Sunbeam Farris was chosen sponsor.
