With a record of 11 wins and seven losses Cwith only one game being excluded by the incomplete season recordj, they had their first winning season since 1976. The girls enjoyed playing by the boys rules this year, since a court decision changed the six-man girls' basketball. The girls only had one senior, Kerri Swink, who showed her senior leadership throughout the season. The Bruins showed power in the 5A Central, defeating everybody in the con- ference at least once.
