They faced tough opponents, but made a late comeback to have a winning season. With a forfeit from Jefferson, exciting Homecoming win over C.A.C., they still had a chance to win their conference. They put up a good fight at Harding, but they fell a little short of the final con- ference victory, which elimi- nated their hopes of winning the conference.
