Bruins Dominate Conference Go lo Stale Plagoffs From the opening upset of the Bauxite Miners, to the thrill of the State Playoffs, the Bruins shined. They had no trouble in the new 5A- Central conference, beating all con- ference teams they played. The three teams they lost to all made their respective playoffs. The Bruins won their first season opener, they bombed Jefferson, and completely embarrassed Joe T. We lost our first Homecoming game, but bounced back to win the rest of their games and make the playoffs. The Bruins had 13 players make all-conference. They've won the pride of Pulaski Academy.
