W' , I I , 'X .,., .3 -Q ! . ,,,, f V :F ff.. fy. fri- . ,,,V, , H I W ,i I Old Cars Come Back To Tucson There are a group of young Mexican American who enjoy fixing up old cars By cooperating with each other they form ed a car club called Old Memories There are exactly thir teen members in this club Every Wednesdays and Fridays they have their business meetings at One Park in South Tuc son. Last year the club took orphan kids to Winter Haven to see the Christmas lights and was escorted by the South Tuc- son Police Department, There are two requirements a person has to meet to join the club. Those requirements are, a person has to have a car under the year of 1954, and has to go to three consecutive meetings. The purpose of the club is to teach the members about cars, and help them learn about the community. The Old Memories car club have their own representatives, the President of the club is Julian Somaniego and the Vice- Presidents are Victor Velarde and Martin Martinez.
