He has been running track since junior high received an award for the most outstanding runner in seventh grade where he was unbeatable in the 100 yard c Tom has been running with the varsity track team ever since attended Pueblo. Tom has won many top invitationals and events. In sophomore year, Tom won the city championship and State Age Group lnvitationals. As a junior, Tom won the Pueblo Invitational, the State Age Group Invitational, and All-City, All-State team which honors Arizona's top City and State Championship. Last year he was named to I r athletes. He also received an honorable mention in o top ing magazine. He also plans to attend Arizona State University, where will continue his running career. I run because it is something keep me busy and I enjoy it, stated Tom. He is also on the sity basketball team and he plans to continue his baske career in college. Delia played cente field for two years, first base her junior and senior years an was considered by many people to be one of the best defer sive first basemen in the city during her senior year. Dee career in softball began ten years ago at age seven and sh has played on fifteen to twenty different teams. Her freshm year Delia started playing ball year-round in different leagu around the city. She would like to attend Pima Community Ca lege where she'll major in Physical Education and continue he softball career as an Aztec . Delia was a member of the National Honor Society with grade point average of 3.3. Her frosh year, Delia playe basketball, but dropped it to devote all her time to softba Dee added she'd like to coach softball teams of her own som' day.
