9 fir glli ff ff TAKING PART AS THE DEFENDANT AND HIS PARENTS ARE LEFT TO RIGHT: Ed Andres, Don Hacker, Marina Hood, Mr. Foster, the probation officer, and Judge J. Mercer Johnson. As the feature of the study of teen-age problems, at Pueblo High School, a group of students under the direction of Mrs. Jacqueline Hawkins had made preliminary studies of the Arizona Juvenile Code and the causes of juvenile delinquency. As a part of this study, the group participated in several mock hearings, according to regular court procedure. Present and participating in the assemblies presented by the group were Judge Johnson of the local juvenile court, and Mr. Foster, the chief probation officer.
