As the feature of the study of teen-age problems, at Pueblo High School, a group of students under the direction of Mrs. Jacqueline Hawkins had made preliminary studies of the Arizona Juvenile Code and the causes of juvenile delinquency. Present and participating in the assemblies presented by the group were Judge Johnson of the local juvenile court, and Mr. Foster, the chief probation officer.
