MERCER COUNTY'S VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, at Glenwood Park, under the direction of Charles T. Brooks, is one of the county's leading institutions. The school consists of six shop» including machine shop, electricity, welding, radio, drafting, and carpentry. In our country, 23,000 varieties of jobs are available; there are openings today for 25,000 machinists, electronic technicians, tool and die workers, and machine operators. Our society needs carpenters, electricians, bakers, bookbinders, and the like, therefore let’s concede that college is not the only road to respectability. There's an exciting worthwhile job awaiting every youngster who desires one. At our vocational school, one of 4,000 in this country, we aid our boys in seeing the dignity in crafts, trades and skilled jobs. Drafting Instructor Mike Murphy
