Welcome first, curious visitors donned hard hat give the wings an approving check ove but as June wore on, peeping Royals skulked around corners to avoid irritat laborers for just a peek at those gree and gold lockers . Summertime unemployment dropped when step-in PG'ers took over the across-the-street equipment shift. Hopes for a late opening began to ri until teachers reported to less-than- complete facilities.
