Dedication W lker a former student of Primero, we the annual staff of 1963, dedicate the To Douglas a , 1962-63 yearbook. He was born on November 8, 1945 in West Virginia. He has lived in Colorado since 1952 and attended Stonewall School until the sixth grade. Then he attended school for two years in Weston and after that went to Primero High School until he was a sophomore. He was a sincere friend as well as a classmate. His quiet dignity and enjoyment of life ' ' ' ' be remembered. and the pleasure of his associations with us will long I cannot say -- and I will not say That he is dead -- he is just away With a cheery smile and a wave of the hand He has wandered into an unknown land And left us dreaming how very fair It needs must be, since he lingers there And you - O you - who the wildest yearn For the old-time step and the glad return Think of him faring on -- as dear In the love of there, as the love of here Think of him still as the same. I say He is not dead -- he is just away.
