Last Will and Testament We, the Senior Class of Price High School, being of sound mind and body do hereby make and declare this our last will and testament. It is our hope that our farewell gifts will be profitable to the glory of the donors, the Class of ' 59. ARTICLE I To the Superintendent and Board of Education we leave our appreciation for the system of education which we realize will be of great help to us for the rest of our lives. ARTICLE II To our principal, Mr. S. O. Jones, we leave our appreciation for the individual interest and Christian leadership he so willingly gave. ARTICLE III To our homeroom teachers and our financial advisors, Mrs. A. A. Lancaster, Mr. John W. Nicholson, and Mr. W. L. Miller, we leave our sincerest gratitude and appreciation for their guidance during our Senior year. ARTICLE IV To the other teachers here at Price who have been so very willing and understanding in every way, we leave our greatest appreciation. ARTICLE V To our janitor and maids we will our sincere gratitude for keeping our building clean and comfortable. To our cafe¬ teria staff we will our deep appreciation for our good lunches at all times. ARTICLE VI To the Juniors, we leave our rank as superior seniors and hope that they will uphold this and strive to be just as great as the Class of ' 59. To the Sophomores, we leave our fondest hopes that they may use wisely their last two years. We admonish them to make friends carefully, use their time wisely, and study diligently. To the Freshmen, we leave our determination to finish high school with the hope that they, too, will be active, making good grades and eventually becoming graduates of Price High School. ARTICLE VII The individual bequests are as follows: I, Almeader Stovall, make this my last will and testament: To the faculty I leave my greatest appreciation for their guidance and understanding; to my sister, Joyce, I leave my position on the honor roll; to my cousins, Sandra and Yvonne Clark, I leave my positions in all clubs; to Betty Reid, I will my position as ' Miss Price ; and last, but not least, to Sylvia Ervin, my seat in the Algebra class. I, Roberta Martin, make this my last will and testament: To Vera Walker I leave my cap and gown; to Patricia Walker, I leave my positions in all clubs; to Edward Mitchell, I leave my best of friendship; and to Eddie Giles, I leave my short¬ ness, in hope that she will stop growing. I, Eva Mae Krider, will my ladylike ways to Viola Wilson, and my cap and gown to Marilyn Williams. I, Mary C. Davis, will my position on the basketball team as forward to Jean Wilkins, and my sweet ways to Brenda Woods. I, Albert Stout, Jr., being of sound mind and body, will my dancing ability to Adelia Boger; my seat in the Glee Club to Reginald Brown; and my seat in French II to Nellie Wiseman. I, Mary E. Moon, make this my last will and testament: I will my friendly ways to Mary E. Peterson; my position in all clubs to my sister, Willie M. Moon; my penmanship to Mildred Cook; and my fondest appreciation to Miss Powers. I, Samuel Boger, make this my last will and testament: To Gordon Witt I will my position on ihe basketball team; to Adelia Boger and Loretta McKenzie my typing ability; to Sandra Vails I will my deepest admiration; and to Betty Reid all my charms. I, Naomi Ruth Johnson, do hereby make this my last will and testament: To Betty Johnson I will my typing ability; to Nellie Wiseman I will my hair styles; to Doris Rankins, my height; and to John Lee Tobias I leave my eternal friendship. !, John L. Bozeman, hereby will my dimples to Gladys Martin; my quietness to Vera Walker; my working ability to Albert Dean Caldwell; and my friendship to Joyce Taylor. I, Josephus McCorkle, do hereby make this my last will and testament: I will my happy ways to Nancy Jo Jones; and my position in the Glee Club to Alice McClain. I, Claudie J. Boyd, will my position in the Band to Stanley Biggers; my typing seat to my sister, Helen Boyd; my ability to get along with people to Robert White; and my place in the Hi-Y to Albert Dean Caldwell. I, Roosevelt Copelaind, do hereby make this my last will and testament: I will my ability to sing bass to James Sullivan. I, Julius Broadway, will my long, black, curly hair to William Glenn; to Robert Fisher, my movie-star looks; and my love to the one who knows I love her. I, Calvin Turner, will my ability to stay in school and get my lessons to John Chambers; my coolness to Douglas Heath; my deepest friendship to Carolyn Russell; and my good tenor voice to anyone who can hold it. I, James Jones, will my neatness to Preston Jones; my looks and social ability to Lester Hawkins; my driving ability to Edward Mitchell; and my eternal admiration to Marilyn Williams. I, James Logan, will my dimples to my brother, Larry Logan; my position on the football team to Albert Dean Cald¬ well; and my looks to Robert Smith. I, John V . Cathcart, will my football and basketball ability to Joe Johnson and Cecil Mack, respectively; and to William Massey, my ability to keep up with the girls. I, James Lattimore, do hereby make this my last will and testament: I will my position on the football team to Walter Lattimore; my ability to be at the right place at the proper time to John Frank Whitner; and my position in all clubs to Earnest Taylor. I, Rena M. Fields, do hereby make this my last will and testament: I will my position as caplain of the cheering squad and president of the Glee Club to Flora Kirksey. I also will my position on the basketball team to Gladys Martin. I, James Aaron McNeely, do hereby declare and make this my last will and testament: I will my ability to do mathe¬ matical problems to George Curlee; my position in the Hi-Y to my brother, Harry McNeely; and my ability to make A ' s to John Mcllwain. I, Ethel Clifton, do hereby make this my last will and testament: I will my cap and gown to Claudette Grier; and to the teachers, my deepest appreciation for their guidance. I, John W. Aldrich, hereby will my ability to get along with people to Wayne Evans; my place in the Glee Club to Bobby Aldrich; and my unused knowledge to anyone who will use it and not waste it as I have. I, William Tugman, do hereby make this my last will and testament: I will my height to Wayne Evans; and my ability to get along with teachers to Lester Hawkins. I, i homas H. Clawson, do hereby make this my last will and testament: I will my positions in all clubs to my brother, Bobby Clawson; my tenor voice in the Glee Club to Homer Robertson; and my position in the Glee club to my sister, Louella.
