DEDICATION We, the members of the class of ' 55 hereby dedicate this annual to our beloved advisor, Mrs. A. A. Lancaster, in recogni¬ tion of her never tiring cooperation, vigilant guidance, patience, and her wholesome and understanding interest in our personal problems. We cannot begin to express our sincere appreciation for the many things that she has helped us accomplish. She has been a thorough instructor, and a mother as well. One of our goals is to follow her example of fine Christian leadership. Thus, her sympathetic understanding, her generosity, and her liberal kind¬ ness to all will cause her to remain in our hearts forever.

As we go to press we wish to express our thanks also to Rowan Printing Company, The Earle Studio, and the many Salisbury business firms, and organizations who have made it possible for us to publish this annual.
