Sr. Tackle Blocking ability makes Powell's dive play very effective. ls also a real hustler on his downfield blocking assignments. Defensively, a strong pursuer and is in on many tackles. Plays low and strong. Hard to move. An ex- cellent competitor. U st line- mun. Not too fast. but diagnoses the play well and will l1it. Def:-nsively plays the inside LB. and is hard to fool. Excellent competitor and tough 29 hoy. Pete Vfzself 190111. Sr. End Fine all around boy: Particularly tough defensively. Difficult to sweep his end. Will 11it blockers low and tough. Good use of hands. Blocking ability makes Powells offensive tackle play very effective. Excellent pass- receiver. Although the Panthers favor the- running game Pete's receiving ability constitutes a threat.
