Th1s year there were n1nety pup1ls par t1c1pat1ng 1n the colorful half tlrne ser1es at the football games The Band played at three games but was snowed out at two others The Band IS cred1ted w1th f1fteen appearances at basketball games not only the H1gh School but College as well The concert season opened w1th an e1ghty four p1ece band After they f1n1shed four 1n a ser1es of annual concerts the Band went to the B1g Horn D1str1ct Festwal 1n R1verton The Band has an env1able record of super1or rat1ngs aclneved at the D1str1ct Fe st1vals Altl ough qual1f1ed they have never attended a State Fest1val and lt IS hoped that ' 52. ' w1ll be the year There are twenty one members 1n the All D1str1ct Band and those pup1ls have gone to the one day fest1vals 1n Lander Bas1n and Byron Mr Coll1er w1shes to thank all the pup1ls who have turned out to the football and Mr Coll1er Dlrector basketball games and concerts that have been g1ven As he says 'I have never had a group who have turned out for aCt1V1t1CS so cons1stently 1n all k1nds of weather It's a pleasure to work w1th such people as these Kelth McCoy Captam My Wllllang Gl0l'13 PCC!
