Principal Mr. John Thors, Jr., received his Bachel-- or of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Michigan. He has held the principalship since 1930, when he succeeded Mr. Frank J. DuFrain, our pre- sent superintendent of schools. He is re-3 cognized throughout the state as an ablef- educator and an outstanding administrat- or. Mr. Thors is vitally interested in every phase of the schoo1's work. As, a result of Mr. Thors' leadership, Pontiac High continues to be recognized as one of the most progressive schools in the state.
